This Time Festival Salt Lake City Gala

26 jan 2009, new york vh1, pepsi and the nfl have joined forces once again to bring the worlds of football and music together with the vh1 pepsi smash super bowl bash. This time it was the festival salt lake city gala, the centerpiece of which was the fashion documentary the september issue. While i had a fantastic time at the festival, i felt rather overwhelmed by the number of film screening (in hindsight, maybe i didn t make the best choices when it came to which films to watch), the crowds of people, and the level of celebrity. Because even in a moment when he was trying to express the personal pride he and the band were feeling, bono sounded a false note. But its a long, long wait for the game.
